During the breaks

  • Each random draw will be done with Random.org. For each draw I will do the random 3 times before the order or the winners are selected. It’s always the team on the top of the list who win.
  • Even if a break is scheduled at a specific time, the break will not start as long as all the spots are sold.
  • I will not ship the base cards unless you want them and pay the extra shipping charges of $4.99. This is a per break charge and the item can be found HERE
  • If a card show more than one team I will use Random.org 3 times and the team on the top of the list will win the card.
  • For cards that show players not drafted yet, the card will be randomly awarded to all the participant of the box break. I will use Random.org 3 times. The team on top of the list win the card
  • If a card show 3 players from 2 teams, then I will use the team with two payers two times to do the random giveaway. For example, for a card show Taylor Hall, Jordan Eberle and Carey Price, then I will use Edmonton, Edmonton and Montreal in the random toss. I will use Random.org and randomize 3 times.
  • At any times, regardless of the jersey the player is wearing on the cards, the card will be awarded to the team for which the logo is shown on the card. For example, a Gretzky card with a sweater of Team Canada or NY Rangers, but with the Edmonton Oilers logo at the back of the card would be awarded to the Edmonton Oilers. (Not the NY Rangers nor a random giveway.
  • For cards with player having jersey of a country (like Team Canada) or a jersey of the all-star game, the card will go to the current NHL team for which the player is currently playing. If the player is retired, then the card will go to the team for which the player has played the most games with. If there is no team logo at the back of the card and a team logo visible on a sweater the player is wearing, then the card will go to that team. (A card of Pavel Bure with a sweater of the All-Star Game without any team logo at the back of the card, but with the logo of the Florida Panthers VISIBLE on the sweater, then the card will go to the Florida Panthers.
  • Shipping is free for Canada and U.S.A
  • Once payment has been made, no refund will be made.
